Our World Schooling Adventure: Learning and Growing Together as a Family

As a family of eight, we were presented with an incredible opportunity to travel around the world for a couple of months. Being homeschoolers, we knew this would be a unique chance to world school and learn in an immersive way. With the flexibility of owning our own business and being able to work from anywhere, we decided to pack our bags and take off on a life-changing adventure.

Saying goodbye to our home, family, and friends was tough, but we were excited to see what the world had in store for us. We started in Japan and took an amazing snowboarding trip, visited a couple temples and ate amazing food! Then it was time for the Philippines, where we had work to get done, but we also took the time to explore and soak up the culture. We tried exotic foods, visited historical landmarks, and interacted with locals, all while continuing our education.

One of the most significant benefits of world schooling was the bond it created within our family. We learned and grew together, and the experiences we shared brought us closer than ever before. We supported each other through the ups and downs of travel, laughed together, and created a lifetime of memories that we will always cherish.

As we continue on our world schooling adventure, we are constantly amazed by the new experiences we are having and the knowledge we are gaining. From learning about history and culture to practicing new languages and exploring natural wonders, we are growing in ways we never could have imagined. This journey has strengthened our family bond, deepened our appreciation for the world, and opened our eyes to the endless possibilities of life. We are grateful for this opportunity to explore the world and learn in a hands-on way, and we look forward to the adventures that lie ahead.
